Happy, after 53 years.
Posted May 4th, 2008 by MontroseCI was a Marine, A cop, A sailor, a paramedic, and a few other brief flirtations with blue-collar labor while in my youth, but am now driving a big truck with hot asphalt all around the South, eat'n Bar-B-Que at every opportunity and listening to the Texas Blues, and I am a happy man. Not real fat yet, but not concerned either. Don't own a bowflex, and don't drink lite beer. Saw a bumper sticker once that read, "Eat right, Stay fit, and Die Anyway." Don't have any health problems yet, and sure like to laugh. Glad to have made your acquaintance.

I love Jesus,,
Posted April 28th, 2008 by littlelfHeard you on The Big Show and just had to take a chance on your CD. We have a pastor with a sense of humour and thought he would enjoy it for his 52nd birthday! Next time you're on the Big Show, you need to talk to Robert D, the old man there. "Old folks doing stuff"

IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME !!!
Posted April 28th, 2008 by GramTamHow cool is this....Gladys you rock!! I love your sense of humor and your outlook on life. I watch the episode of Ellen when she called you, and then last week I heard you again on the John Boy and Billy radio show. I've always been accused of talking too much or being too loud. You Gladys have inspired me to keep on keeping on being myself!! Thanks for the laughs!!

We need more Gladys' in our world!
Posted April 24th, 2008 by shortney2209I had not known of Gladys until this morning when I heard her for the first time on the John Boy and Billy show. What a way to start the day! Gladys, you put a smile on my face, a giggle in my belly, and brought sunshine into the start of my day. You are a beautiful lady and I am honored to know you...even from a distance.

Wonderful to hear Gladys again
Posted April 24th, 2008 by James_JI just happened to be watching that Ellen episode with the plant. This morning I heard Gladys on the John Boy & Billy show, but it wasn't until I went to the website did I remember just who Gladys was. It was wonderful to hear more from Gladys both on Ellen's show and now on the John Boy & Billy show this morning (I listen to the show on WROQ Rock 101 in Greenville, SC).
Thank you Gladys for kick-starting my day with your own unique way. I'm a fan!

John Boy & Bily Show
Posted April 23rd, 2008 by rachiljeanOh my Gladys. I have loved listening to you on the Ellen show but this morning you were just great. I was on my way taking my children to school and me to work and I was listening to you. My bad day turned around. You had me laughing so hard I was crying. I had to call my husband to turn to that station. It also helped calm his nervous before his big NC state liscening exam. Thanks for turning our day around. When I got to work I just ordered your CD. Keep on keepen honey. We love you.
